Cinnamon Roll Casserole

With snow covering the ground and a cough going around the house, we needed a warm and yummy brunch today. Meet cinnamon roll casserole. It’s basically a cross between french toast and cinnamon rolls. It’s also super quick and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Open up the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place the pieces into a sprayed 9×13 pan.
  2. Mix milk, eggs, cinnamon, and maple syrup together. Pour over the cinnamon roll pieces making sure all is coated.
  3. Place in oven and cook at 350 for about 25 minutes.
  4. When casserole is cooked pull out of oven and drizzle icing over top.
