With snow covering the ground and a cough going around the house, we needed a warm and yummy brunch today. Meet cinnamon roll casserole. It’s basically a cross between french toast and cinnamon rolls. It’s also super quick and easy to make.
- 2 cans of cinnamon rolls
- 1/2 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Open up the cinnamon rolls and cut each roll into 4 pieces. Place the pieces into a sprayed 9×13 pan.
- Mix milk, eggs, cinnamon, and maple syrup together. Pour over the cinnamon roll pieces making sure all is coated.
- Place in oven and cook at 350 for about 25 minutes.
- When casserole is cooked pull out of oven and drizzle icing over top.
