Easter Crock-Pot Potatoes

IMG_0402

These are the easiest and cheesiest potatoes for not only Easter, but any occasion. I make this often for family gatherings and potlucks because it is so tasty and easy. To make this side of yumminess, gather all of the ingredients, spray your Crock-Pot with cooking spray, and dump everything into the Crock-Pot and stir.

After ingredients are combined cook on high for about two hours and then turn to low. Stir occasionally to make sure all the ingredients are combined and cooking nicely together. When it’s time for serving I turn the Crock-Pot to warm.

If you need the potatoes quicker you can cook in the over. Place all ingredients in a sprayed glass casserole dish. Cook at 375 for 45-55 minutes or until done. I have made them both ways and it has turned out great.

I hope you enjoy these as much as my family does!
