The boys and I dropped in the other day for an afternoon treat. The shop is adorable, the cupcakes are beautiful, and the ice cream looks amazing.

I decided that the boys and I would share a Smallcakes Smash. This consisted of a cupcake that is cut apart and layered with ice cream. We picked the red velvet cupcake and choose two flavors of ice cream: birthday cake, and cookies and cream. It tasted amazing. I just wish it looked like what was advertised. Where were the syrup and sprinkles?

Regardless, ours tasted great and the staff member was very kind and super patient with my rambunctious boys. We will have to come back with my husband next time and try some other flavors!
