Gahanna Date Night

It has been awhile since my husband and I have had a date night and we decided it was time! We also thought it would be fun to see what we could do close to home. We decided to have our date night in Gahanna.

We started off with dinner at Longhorn. We picked this place because we had a gift card, but there are plenty of other yummy options available to meet any taste preference.

After dinner we headed to Crafted Drafts to make a six pack of tasty beverages. If you have not been, I highly suggest going. The amount of beers and hard ciders to choose from are amazing. We also found out they have beer tastings on Friday’s. We will have to sign up for the next one. It looked neat and fun.

We picked out our drinks for later and then headed to Glow Putt for some putt putt fun. I was impressed by how fun and clean it was inside and I liked that you get a glow bracelet of your choosing, and the score sheet glows under the black lights. My husband and I made a bet on who would win and he ended up kicking my butt! We had a lot of fun and laughed a lot too! Definitely a fun and budget friendly activity to do for date night. Also, don’t forget to charge you ball at about every other hole so it will keep glowing!

After our golfing fun we headed to Graeter’s for tasty ice cream. I was looking forward to going because they brought back my favorite flavor for a bit this summer. Peppermint stick chocolate chunk. I highly recommend getting it in a chocolate dipped waffle cone. I wish this flavor was available all year!

We decided that after or ice cream we would end the evening having a cocktail at 101 Beer Kitchen. It has been awhile since we’ve been and we need to come back for dinner or sit at the bar again and order drinks and small bites. The small bites menu sounded divine, but we were full from ice cream and dinner. I have heard that their brunch is good and that the kids menu is one of the best. A definite must to come back.

Our date night was a great time and I enjoyed hopping around Gahanna with my husband. I highly suggest checking these places out and taking time to explore places close to home.
