Recently I stumbled up this awesome Meal Planning book while scrolling through Instagram. It was exactly what I’ve been looking for and needed in my life to help me stay organized and to plan out the menus for the week.
My favorite part is each week there is a two page spread and an area to write the shopping list needed for the meals for the week. After I plan our menu, I write what ingredients we need and take the book to the store to shop. I like to cross off each item as I put it into the cart. It really has helped me to stay on budget, shop quickly, and if I am running out of menu ideas I can flip back to previous weeks for ideas and shopping lists.
