Day 61-65: Coronacation

We are still trucking along with our Coronacation and staying at home. This past week has had a couple fun events and activities to keep us entertained and going.

Middleman’s teacher made a surprise visit to the house and drop off a treat bag and an award. He got the handy helper award for his class for always being willing to help his teacher. He was shocked that she came to the house and loved his award.

The boys worked together to make Tiny Town which is a fairy and gnome garden. I had an old wagon and I filled it with sand. I got all of the supplies at Dollar Tree and told the boys to have fun and get creative. I absolutely love what they made!

That night Bigman wanted to make a note from Tinkerbell and leave a few small Disney figures in the garden and say it was from her. The little two screamed with excitement in the morning and it was such a sweet gesture.

I had to run into school to pack up year 13 of my classroom. This year has been the most interesting of my teaching life. I don’t know what next school year holds, but I’m ready for it.

We made it to the last day of school and I can’t believe that we have a 4th grader, 2nd grader, and a pre schooler now! Here comes summer!

On the last day of school we had the Kona Ice truck come to the house and surprised the boys. It was a great tasty treat.

We spent the whole weekend outside. Got lots of sun, played, got out the slip n slide and enjoyed the weather.

Here’s to the new week ahead and our first official week of summer break!!
